Ingredients:
- Puri Bread: Fine Flour 46%, Water, Palm Oil, Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Semolina, Salt, Calcium Propionate.
- Aloo/Chana: Water 48%,Potatoes 30%, Chickpeas 12%, Palm Oil, Pickles, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Fresh Coriander, Spices,
- Halwa: Sugar 44%, Water 24%, Semolina 16%Vegetable Oil, Cardamom Powder.
Method of Preparation:
Defrost bread for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Preheat oil (200°) under medium heat. Fry defrosted bread for 30-40 seconds by pressing them gently into the oil, then move the frying spoon in such a way that the oil is poured over the bread from the sides, as it cooks and and balloons/expands.
Storage Conditions:
