Punjabi Samosa Chicken
Ingredients:
Pastry (30%): Wheat Flour 65%, Margarine 20% (Vegetable Oil, Soya, Palm Oil), Water, Palm Oil, Salt. Filling (70%): Chicken Breast Fillet 65%, Onion 15%, Chickpeas 11%, Capsicum, Lemon, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Herbs and Spices.
Methods of Preparation:
Deep fry. Pre-heat a pan of oil to 180ºC/350ºF and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Storage Conditions:
