Sheermal

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour 53%, Water 24%, Sunflower Oil 12%, Sugar, Emulsifier Distilled Monoglycerides (E-471), Salt, Calcium Propionate (E-282), Cardamom Powder.

Methods of Preparation:

Pan: Heat non-stick pan until medium hot, remove the naan from its individual wrapping, place the frozen Sheermal in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, gently moving it in the pan. Turnover and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the Sheermal. Turn it over again and repeat the process until both sides become golden brown
