Punjabi Samosa Meat

Ingredients:

Pastry (30%): Wheat Flour 65%, Margarine 20% (Vegetable Oil, Soya, Palm Oil), Water, Salt. Filling (70%): Minced Mutton 70%, Onion 15%, Green Peas, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Spices. Produced in a factory that also handles Egg, Milk, Pistachios, Almonds, Cashew Nuts.
Allergy note: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten

Methods of Preparation:

Deep fry. Pre-heat a pan of oil to 180°C/350°F and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
