Turkish Kofta Beef with Cheese
Ingredients:
Beef 75%, Cheese 10% (Milk, Salt, Starter Culture, Rennet), Onion 7%, Salt, Green Chilli, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Coriander, Lovage, Paprika, Pepper, Parsley, Emulsifier (Sodium Gluconate), Herbs and Spices.
Methods of Preparation:
In the pan:
Heat a little oil in a coated frying pan. Cook for 4–6 minutes, so all sides heat evenly
Storage Conditions:
