Mooli Paratha

Ingredients:

Radish 51%, Fine Wheat Flour 36%, Potato Flakes, Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt, Green Chili Paste, Ginger Paste, Coriander Powder, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper Powder, Lemon Juice, Spices.

Methods of Preparation:

Open the pack and take out the frozen paratha. Peel off the plastic firm from one side, place the uncovered side on the pan and peel of the second piece of plastic film and heat the paratha for 1-2 minutes. Gently move the paratha until it turns golden brown. Turn it over and repeat the process.
