Pastry (30%): Pastry (30%): Wheat Flour 65%, Margarine 20% (Vegetable Oil, Soya, Palm Oil), Water, Salt. Filling (70%): Paneer 70% (Cottage Cheese) (Milk), Onion 15%, Capsicum 5%, Fresh Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Fresh Coriander, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Spices.

Methods of Preparation:

Deep fry. Pre-heat a pan of oil to 180 ºC /350 ºF and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
