Punjabi Samosa Veg
Ingredients:
Pastry (30%): Wheat Flour 65%, Water, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Carom Seeds. Filling (70%): Potatoes 78%, Green Peas 6%, Palm Oil 6%, Salt, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chili Paste, Tamarind Paste, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Spices.
Methods of Preparation:
Deep fry. Pre-heat a pan of oil to 180°C/350°F and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Storage Conditions:
Store at -18ºC. Best Before Date: See Print. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
