Samosa Chaat

Ingredients:

Samosa (Potatoes 55% (Boiled and Crushed), Wheat Flour 26%, Water 9%, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Onion Powder, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Lemon Pulp, Coriander, Carom Seeds, Calcium Propionate (E-282), Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder), Vegetables (Water 50%, Potatoes (Boiled) 30%, Chickpeas 12%, Sunflower Oil, Pickles, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Red Chili, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate), Green Sauce (Water, Green Coriander, Green Chili, Salt, Red Chili), Red Sauce (Water, Tamarind, Sugar, Tomato Ketchup, Salt).

Methods of Preparation:

Remove samosa from the box and set aside to thaw for 15 minutes and then deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Microwave the vegetables for 5-6 minutes to heat and for chatni microwave for 1 minute. After frying the product, chop the samosa, then add vegetables and chatni on the chopped samosa, and mix well. The Samosa Chaat Ready to Serve.
