Spring Rolls Meat
Ingredients:
Pastry (30%): Wheat Flour 48%, Water, Coconut Oil, Milk Protein, Wheat Starch, Maltodextrin, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Scid, Salt, (May contain Soy). Filling (70%): Minced Mutton 55%, Onion 15%, Potatoes 15%, Capsicum, Green Peas, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Herbs and Spices.
Methods of Preparation:
Deep fry. Pre-heat a pan of oil to 180ºC/350ºF and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
