Taftaan

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Corn Oil, Sugar, Yeast, Raising agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).

Methods of Preparation:

Heat non-stick pan until medium hot, remove the Taftan from its individual wrapping, Place the frozen Taftan in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, gently moving it in the pan. Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the Taftan. Turn it over again and repeat the process until both sides become golden brown.
