Tandoori Naan

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Corn Oil, Sugar, Yeast, Raising agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).

Methods of Preparation:

In Pan: Heat non-stick pan until medium hot, remove the Naan from its individual wrapping, place the frozen Naan in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, gently moving it in the pan. Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the Naan. Turn it over again and repeat the process until both sides become golden brown.
